Together with her husband, Kim manages Collins Capital, a family-based company focused on investments that meet high expectations for both return and impact.

Prior to establishing Collins Capital, Kim practiced law at national law firms in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver in the areas of corporate finance and corporate governance. She transitioned in-house and was the General Counsel for Peterson, a Vancouver-based real estate investment company.

Kim also advises private companies on governance and succession planning and is a director to a non-profit organization focused on relieving food insecurity in the lower mainland of British Columbia.

Kim is an inactive member of the law societies of Alberta and British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Alberta.
