Braiden is PwC's National Head of Real Estate M&A and oversees our deals offering as it relates to transactions, ESG, and Occupier Advisory from coast to coast. Braiden brings a global perspective to his clients having recently spent 3 years with our London (UK) Real Estate Corporate Finance Group and sits on a number of global PwC real estate leadership boards. Across Toronto and London, Braiden has spent 9 years with PwC and prior to that held roles in investment banking (BMO) , cost consulting/quantity surveying (Altus), and municipal city planning.

Braiden also plays an integral role in the development of PwC's flagship publication, Emerging Trends in Real Estate, which is a forward looking report of potential real estate trends we'll see in theĀ future as developed from 185 personal c-suite interviews and 375 surveys in the 2022 edition.

Throughout his career, Braiden has advised on $15.0+ billion of commercial real estate including residential and development land, large commercial portfolios including diversified asset mixes (i.e. industrial/logistics, office, retail etc.), hotels, student housing, multi-family / apartments, seniors housing, self-storage, affordable housing. In addition, Braiden is active in lead advisory mandates for corporate real estate M&A of asset managers and service companies, as well as structured finance via programmatic joint ventures and site specific SPV capital.

Braiden holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph (with a specialty in real estate), an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and is the Broker of Record for PwC in Ontario.
